During one of our lessons, we had a wonderful hands-on activity — making candles from beeswax sheets. Both children and adults took part in this creative workshop.
First, we chose sheets of beeswax and carefully rolled them around a wick. The beeswax was soft and easy to shape, and the room quickly filled with a pleasant honey aroma. Everyone enjoyed creating their own unique candle to take home.
This activity was not only creative and relaxing but also educational. Participants learned about natural materials, traditional crafts, and the important role bees play in our environment.
